Initial Wellness Visit:

Initial Wellness Visit includes an analysis of past and current diet, past health concerns, current health concerns, goal setting, dosha test, possible pulse and tongue diagnosis, develop a health plan to be completed by client.

Wellness Visits:

The initial wellness visit must be done before any wellness visits will be serviced.  Wellness visits can focus on many health concerns, thus the visits should re-enforce the initial wellness visit goals and health plan.  Additional wellness visits may be needed for specific health concerns.   The wellness visits could include life coaching, personal training, herbal and diet coaching, and or any combination of many different modalities.

OM Vitamin Analysis:

This program educates the client on the benefits of vitamins and the difference between vitamins that work and the majority of them that don’t. This program follows the OM Wellness 5-step supplement routine that was developed many years ago with much success. OM Wellness has seen the magic of well designed supplements that can change a person’s life and the opposite of the vast majority of them that are overpriced, and over-hyped. OM Detox Plan:

This Plan is custom designed to eliminate toxic build-up and each plan is designed with the individual’s current conditions, lifestyle, and constitution taken into consideration.  The plan gives clients a step by step program and what to expect along the journey. Detox products will be recommended, and clients will have the ability to have email support during the detox period.

Every client will follow the agreed upon weight management plan and support from OM Wellness will be available during this period.

OM Rejuvenation Plan:

This is the most comprehensive wellness plan on the market. The goal of the rejuvenation plan is to create balance in a client’s life. This includes lifestyle, diet, supplements, stress, relationships, spirituality, and much more. This program takes about 6-8 months to complete and a Rejuvenation Plan is followed over the months and OM Wellness supports the client’s success during this time period.

The Year of Change:

This program was recommended by clients who have time restraints and is done 100% on-line. The program’s goal is to give health support for one year with phone and email support. The initial phone consultations will create and activate a wellness plan that will rejuvenate and balance a busy client’s schedule. There will be a 12 phone consultations with the first two being one hour and the remaining 10 being 30-45 minutes. There will be no more than 5 email consultations per month. The Year of Change can focus on may agreed upon wellness concerns and not limited to just one.
